Mipa: Merger in Switzerland
The Mipa Group is strengthening its presence in Switzerland: On 30 June 2025, Mipa Lacke + Farben AG in Kriessern and Mipa Coatings Schweiz AG in Islikon will merge with retroactive effect from 1 January 2025.
The aim of this merger is to further strengthen the market position of the Mipa Group in Switzerland through a uniform presence under the name Mipa Coatings Switzerland and to optimally utilise synergies.
Both locations will remain unchanged
This merger is intended to combine the strengths of both locations: While Kriessern specialises primarily in the sale of automotive coatings and non-paints, the focus in Islikon is on the Industry and Security & Defence divisions. Despite the merger, both locations and the respective teams will remain unchanged.
