IGM Shanghai company name change
There has recently been a name change at IGM’s Shanghai company.
“IGM Resins International Trading (Shanghai) Co., LTD.” has changed name for “IGM Resins (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.” immediately.
All the business of “IGM Resins International Trading (Shanghai) Co., LTD.” continue to be operated by “IGM Resins (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.”, at the same time “IGM Resins (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.” continue to serve as IGM Asia regional headquarters.
Contracts shall continue to be valid
From now on, all internal and external documents, account numbers and tax numbers of our company will be in the name of the new company. After the name change of the company, the business subject and the legal relationship shall remain unchanged, the original contract signed shall continue to be valid, and the original business relationship shall remain unchanged.
