With the key regions in southern Africa, the Bodo Möller Chemie Group takes over the sales & distribution for copolymer products of Kraton Polymers.
Kraton products and relevant application know-how is now available through Bodo Möller Chemie’s African presence in the countries of Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
Numerous applications
Kraton polymers are used in numerous applications: in adhesives and sealants, coatings, consumer and body care products, in automobile manufacture and many other plastic products.
According to Bodo Möller Chemie, Kraton copolymers are characterised by a combination of high strength, a very wide Shore-A hardness scale and low viscosity for easy thermoplastic processing. Also included are Kraton additives that allow the successful upcycling of recycled plastics.
