Vencorex is now owned by a single shareholder
Vencorex has announced that the Vencorex Group is now owned by a single shareholder: PTTGC International (Netherlands), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Thai company PTT Global Chemical.
On 30 June 2022, Perstorp Holding AB (“Perstorp”) decided to exercise its option to sell its remaining shares (9,18%) to PTT Global Chemical (“GC”).

According to a press statement, Perstorp and GC have actively supported Vencorex in building a strong and sustainable company and Vencorex is grateful to Perstorp for its commitment to its business for almost 14 years.
As the statement continues, the now sole shareholder, has demonstrated its willingness to develop Vencorex over the past 10 years and will be able to work even closer with Vencorex and strengthen its support.
