IMCD opens new laboratory near Philadelphia
IMCD has announced the relocation and opening of the a “IMCD Coatings & Construction Laboratory” serving customers throughout North America.
Located near the historic U.S. city of Philadelphia, the new laboratory is intended to expand IMCD’s technical capabilities to now include construction, in addition to its existing capabilities for industrial coatings, decorative paints and adhesives. The new facility also provides training accommodations for IMCD’s commercial team, plus customer seminars and academies.
Further expansions are possible
The new laboratory is part of IMCD Coatings & Construction’s international network of 14 laboratories. While the new facility adds a construction laboratory to the company’s existing North America capabilities, the space was designed to accommodate future investments in expanding IMCD’s technical support into printing inks, textile and paper industries.
