…and the winner is?

The award presentation will take place during the opening ceremony of the congress on 20 April.

So everything’s set, just who’s the winner of this year’s award? Let me tell you: it’s not easy to select the best paper!

A total number of 144 high-quality papers will be presented at Europe’s most important coatings technology congress, clustered in 24 topic-related sessions. Each session has created its own best paper. Thus, there is a choice of 24 papers for the prestigious award.

All of these papers are rated thoroughly by an experienced jury. One member of the jury already told me how impressed he is by the overall quality of the papers he has evaluated. Relevance, scientific content and degree of innovation are among the judging criteria.

Well, I could now tell you which papers have made it on our “short list”. But hey, just wait and see – on 20 April you will know more, and learn about the most interesting research work!
