The acquired technology for paint coagulation, a process for decaking and flocculating paint overspray, is a portfolio addition. Chemetall products prepare metal surfaces for the painting process and ensure paint adhesion. The acquisition of Polymer Ventures is the result of a long-standing partnership between the two organisations, whose customer portfolios are fully aligned.

Extension of the portfolio through paint coagulation

The acquisition offers customers a simplified supply chain, improved service with additional sales representatives and industry experts, new products through global research and development resources, and improved manufacturing and processing capabilities. Chemetall is thus in a position to offer its industries a technically advanced and complementary product portfolio.
