Gilles Richard appointed General Manager FIPEC
Gilles Richard has been appointed General Manager of FIPEC. He is supposed to continue the French coatings and adhesive industry association’s efforts to enhance the attractiveness and dynamism of FIPEC’s members.
“I am very happy to see Gilles Richard joining our federation. His long experience in national associations and his recognised management skills will confirm the excellent dynamic launched by our federation over the past few years”, states President Jacques Menicucci. “He will continue to defend the sectoral interests of the five associations, members of the federation.”
Since 2006, Gilles Richard has been General Manager of the French Chemical Trade Union (UFCC). He previously held various positions of responsibility as an economic manager at the Fédération Française des Industries Charcutières et Traiteurs (FFICT), and as a management consultant in a consulting firm.
Engineer from the Ecole Supérieure d’Agriculture d’Angers
He graduated with a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Clemson University (South Carolina, USA), and is an engineer from the Ecole Supérieure d’Agriculture d’Angers. He recently completed his training with a Master of Art in environmental law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
