HD Sharman Group acquires Itac
Gutter and roof refurbishment specialists HD Sharman Group acquire adhesive and coating manufacturer Itac Ltd.
As HD Sharman Group tells, the acquisition is supposed to further the company’s strategy of serving the commercial roof repair, refurbishment and maintenance sector with product systems and services.
Manufacturer of adhesive and coating products
Itac is a manufacturer of adhesive and coating products based at Radcliffe, North Manchester. Itac’s products are used for a continually evolving range of applications and industries, including roofing and construction, the food industry, medical industry, and the textile market to name a few.
Products for metal roof protection
In 2018, Sharman, in partnership with Itac, became the exclusive distributor of products for metal roof protection. This relationship has supported Sharman’s growth in sales by more than 25% in 2019.
