UK Coatings Group acquires British coatings producer Thomas Howse
UK Coatings Group, part of the Sheibani Group, has acquired UK coatings producer Thomas Howse based in Rowley Regis near Birmingham, UK.
The acquisition forms part of the Group’s ongoing program of work to develop its coatings business. The Group also owns other UK based Coatings Company, T & R Williamson. Established in 1775, T& R Williamson holds the Royal Warrant and specialises in transport and enthusiast coatings. Sheibani Group includes Middle East based Chemico Paints & Chemicals, a licensee of Akzo Nobel. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
