Vincentz Network acquires Home and Personal Care Exhibition and Conference (HPCI)

The globally acknowledged "Home and Personal Care Ingredients Exhibition and Conference (HPCI)” portfolio, established and managed to great acclaim by Verlag für chemische Industrie H. Ziolkowsky GmbH (SOFW), has been acquired by Vincentz Network.

The HPCI events (www.hpci-congress.com) in Poland, Turkey and South Africa are now owned by Vincentz Network, the publisher and event organiser of European Coatings and the European Coatings Show. The HPCI event in India is now owened by Exponova. “It was the right step forward for the HPCI congresses.

The events have been growing continually over the past years and new ideas and investments are necessary to further grow the events and make sure, that all exhibitors continue to have the best services possible”, says Robert Fischer, General Manager of Verlag für chemische Industrie.

Taking HPCI to the next level

Exponova, the new owner of HPCI India, is a Joint Venture of Colour Publications (India), NuernbergMesse (Germany) and Vincentz Network (Germany). “The HPCI event in India will thus benefit not only from VN`s expertise and energy, but also from two more entities which have already been organizing the event in cooperation with the previous owner. They will hit the ground running, while VN will ensure maximum synergies between all HPCI events around the world”, adds Juergen Nowak.
