Flint Group acquires Poteet Printing Systems in North America
Flint Group Packaging Inks has announced the acquisition of Poteet Printing Systems located in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. As Flint Group states, the acquisition aligns with a key element of the company’s strategy to grow not only organically, but also via acquisition.
Poteet Printing Systems LLC manufactures and sells water-based inks for Flexographic applications to printers and converters across the United States. The company supports the key Paper & Board applications for corrugated post- and pre-print and digital products, as well as targeted water-based paper packaging print demands.
Production facilities in North Carolina and Texas
Poteet Printing Systems’ main production facilities are located in Charlotte, North Carolina and Fort Worth, Texas; the business has two additional warehouse locations in North Carolina. The company currently employs more than 60 people.
