Vibrantz Technologies to build tinting plant for WB Paints in the Netherlands
Vibrantz Technologies is initiating the start of construction of a new manufacturing facility at its Sittard location in the Netherlands to significantly expand the capacity of its tinting solution. It is a technology package that includes a dispenser to volumetrically dispense solid colorants to produce countless end-use paint colours.
The project is the first in a series of planned optimizations. It is part of a roughly $20 million investment. This will enable the company to more effectively address the sustainability, performance and cost demands of colorant manufacturers and paint retailers globally.
The new facility is located adjacent to Vibrantz’s existing colorant plant in Sittard, Netherlands. It is expected to be operational in 2026 and will house a full-scale production plant and research and development laboratories.
