Fricke reorganises filling technology business unit
The German mechanical engineering specialist Fricke Abfülltechnik GmbH & Co. KG has reorganised its filling technology business unit (BU). Functions that were previously organised separately, such as sales, engineering, software development, production, support and commissioning, have been bundled into an independent organisational unit.
According to the company, the newly established BU is set to play an important role in the further development of the company. A particular focus will be on the advancement of control and automation technologies as well as the digitalisation of processes in order to meet the requirements of Industry 4.0.
The goal is to sustainably increase the efficiency of production systems. According to the company, another focus will be on expanding after-sales support in order to ensure smooth commissioning and uninterrupted operation of the systems.
