Ludivine Augry

Ludivine Augry holds a PhD degree in nanomaterial science from INSA Lyon in France. She is R&D Researcher at the Applications Development lab of Hexion Research Belgium and has 10 years of experience in the development of waterborne/solventborne acrylic, vinylic binders for architectural coatings, construction and automotive coatings. Currently, Ludivine Augry is involved in research and in providing technical service support to customers for VersaticTM Acids and derivatives products in Europe.

Christophe Baude

In 2004, he joined COMUS, a specialty coatings manufacturer and worked as Lab Manager for 7 years. In 2011, he joined OMNOVA SOLUTIONS in Villejust, France, as EMEA Coatings Applications Team Leader. In 2020, after OMNOVA SOLUTIONS acquisition, he accepted the role of EMEA Technical Service Manager for Coatings in SYNTHOMER. He is based in France.

Christophe Baude

With a solid educational background in business administration from France and Germany, including a Master’s degree in Technology & Management from CentraleSupelec in Paris, Jérôme De Boysère embarked on a career centered around flame retardants within the phosphorus industry in 1999.
Since joining Budenheim in 2018, Jérôme has excelled in managing global key accounts, building strong relationships with clients across the globe.

Jochen Dreyer

Jochen A.H. Dreyer is working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, Technical University of Denmark, where he splits his time between the Hempel Foundation Coatings Science and Technology Centre (CoaST) and the Pilot Plant. His research currently focuses on intumescent coatings and in particular the development of better testing and characterization methods to assess the coating performance and behavior.

Dustin Häßler

Mr. Häßler studied civil engineering at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus as well as at the Technical University of Prague and the University of Minho. Mr. Häßler has been a member of standardisation committees (DIN NA 005-52-02 AA “Fire behaviour of building materials and structural elements” and CEN/TC 127/WG 1 “Structural and separating elements”) since 2017 and became Deputy head of Division 7.3 Fire Engineering at BAM in 2019.

Heiko has been with BYK since 1993. He is acting worldwide in his current roles as Global Enduse Manager for Marine&Protective Coatings.

Boris Mahltig

development of bonding processes and process audits. The wide variety of industries in which he has conducted audits has given him an insight into many different productions and manufacturing processes. His role at Fraunhofer involves qualification and development of bonding processes, implementation of bonding processes in existing production lines, consultation and trouble-shooting, audits with regard to the DIN 6701 standard, participation in the technical committee of the AFERA (European Adhesive Tape Association), participation in the working group AG V 8.2 “Adhesive tapes” of the DVS-German Welding Society and care of the coating line for adhesives, resins (i.e. GRP + CRP) and lacquer.

development of bonding processes and process audits. After her study in food chemistry at TU Braunschweig, she joints the Fraunhofer WKI in 2002 and finished her phd in 2008. She is member of the European standardization group “wood coatings”. Actually, she works on polymerization of biobased binders and flame-retardant wood coatings.

Robin Wade became the Technical Lead for Fire Protection in 2009 for AkzoNobel, championing engineering support and development strategy for AkzoNobel’s fire protection range. This market facing technical role, involved developing performance-based solutions to address deficiencies in test standards ensuring testing and assessment appropriate to the “as-built” structures. Robin has been involved in ISO and UL standard working and advisory groups involved in generating improvements to existing standards or in the development of new standards.
