January issue: Architectural coatings in the focus

The January issue of the European Coatings Journal is out. It features a full package on architectural coatings: a market report, a product overview and expert interviews.

Wood coatings are in the focus of the January issue of the European Coatings Journal.

For the coatings industry, too, 2021 was about facing up to the current challenges and finding new ways. The issue of shortage of raw materials required many companies to react rapidly and flexibly, sometimes with unconventional solutions. In the annual survey (page 12), a number of decision makers from the paint and coatings industry provide interesting and impressive insights, as well as an outlook for 2022.

In addition, architectural paints are the focus of this issue. In our focus article (page 30), Steven de Backer and Michael Diebold from Chemours take a closer look at the influence of paint quality on the carbon footprint. De Backer will present further details in our webcast on 25 January at 15:00 CET. Registration is free of charge.
