AZO Group expands into India
The AZO Group is expanding its international presence by acquiring its previous sales partner Vedic Pac Systems in India.
Daniel Auerhammer, Technology & Technical Managing Director responsible for the AZO Group and now also for Vedic Pac Systems, emphasises that this integration gives the AZO Group access to a pool of highly qualified specialists in the field of software development and programming.
Expertise in the confectionery sector
According to the company, this acquisition represents a novelty for AZO in that the company is retaining the previous structure of Vedic Pac. In addition to its broad positioning in numerous industries, AZO would now benefit from Vedic Pac Systems’ special expertise in the confectionery sector – which will be particularly important for activities in the region. For this reason, the company will now operate under the name Vedic Pac Systems, a Member of AZO Group.
