Bodo Möller Chemie Group enters exclusive acquisition talks with Rocktin: Strategic expansion in Asia
The planned acquisition will allow the company to integrate Rocktin’s distribution operations, expanding its product portfolio and deepening partnerships with key manufacturers in the region. Notably, the expansion of technical support through newly opened laboratories in Shanghai will provide Rocktin’s customers access to modern testing and formulation services.

Bodo Möller Strengthens Position in APAC
The acquisition is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025, pending regulatory approvals. Upon completion, the combined company will be represented in several Asian markets, including China and Vietnam, with projected revenues exceeding USD 100 million.
According to the company, this strategic expansion will position Bodo Möller Chemie as a leading player in adhesive distribution in the APAC region and create a powerful platform for tailored solutions.
