Büfa acquires composites business from JKS
Büfa Composite Systems from Oldenburg, Germany, has taken over the distribution activities in the composites sector of Joh. Klinglhuber & Söhne (JKS) in Austria. The company now operates under the name Büfa Composites Austria and will remain at its current site in Vienna.
By taking over the composites division of Joh. Klinglhuber & Söhne Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Büfa intends to expand its presence both on the Austrian market and in Eastern Europe.
Close partnership
The trading company JKS, founded in 1837, distributes, among other things, fibre reinforcements, release agents and lubricants, resins and processing equipment, as well as CORE materials for the composite industry. A close partnership has already existed here with Büfa for over 30 years. The Managing Director of Büfa Composites Austria in the future will be Eike Siegert, who previously worked as Regional Manager Southeast Europe for Büfa Composite Systems in Vienna.
