Claude Imauven appointed to the Board of Directors of the Mäder Group

The Mäder Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Claude Imauven to its Board of Directors. Chairman of Orano’s Board of Directors since 2020 and a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris, Claude Imauven joined the Saint-Gobain Group in 1993. He became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Saint-Gobain PAM subsidiary in 2001 and, in 2016, became Chief Executive Officer of the Saint-Gobain Group, a position he held until 2019.

The appointment of the new Board of Director to the Board is testimony to the Mäder Group’s ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation and sustainable growth. His experience and leadership will help guide the Mäder Group’s management, together with all the directors, in achieving its strategic objectives, pursuing its development and strengthening its international influence.
