Elementis and Grolman sign exclusive distribution agreement
Elementis and Grolman Group are set to begin an exclusive distribution relationship for DACH and Central Eastern Europe, effective beginning inf March, 2023.
The new distribution agreement covers Elementis’ range of rheological additives, wetting & dispersing agents and specialty additives for the coatings, adhesives, sealants, inks, building & construction industries. Grolman will distribute these products in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania, Bulgaria and Northern-Macedonia.
Long collaboration
For Elementis and Grolman Group this move constitutes a significant expansion of their long collaboration. Grolman Group is already an exclusive distributor for the Elementis talc range in various countries. Both companies have expanded their relationship into additives in 2021 to France and 2022 to UK/IE.
