Epple and Zeller + Gmelin agree on global cooperation
German ink manufacturers Epple Druckfarben and Zeller + Gmelin are collaborating with immediate effect in the field of UV ink technology.
The first result of this partnership between the two companies is a jointly developed UV LED ink for the sheetfed offset sector. Further ink series are already being planned and coordinated.
The Epple group of companies brings many years of experience in the production and in-house development of sheetfed offset inks. Zeller + Gmelin is an expert in UV technology in various segments, including UV inks and coatings.
Clear strategy
With the joint development of innovative UV ink series for different fields of application, the partners want to bundle their competences and pursue a clear strategy: While the UV ink series for the sheet-fed offset sector are distributed by the Epple group of companies, Zeller + Gmelin is responsible for the production of the ink series.
