Growth plans and new CEO at Coatmaster
Coatmaster is implementing a strategic initiative to strengthen its position in the powder coating sector, while at the same time expanding into the dynamic industrial sector of battery technology.
To align management and company organisation with its growth plans, Coatmaster announces that Dr Ralph Mennicke will take up the position of CEO on 1 September 2024. Dr Ralph Mennicke brings extensive experience in non-destructive testing, sensor technology, digital products and international management. His expertise in sustainable growth and innovation, as well as in building customer relationships, is seen as a valuable contribution to the company.
Founding members Andor Bariska and Prof. Dr. Nils Reinke will remain involved in the strategic direction of the company, particularly in the area of sales and key accounts for the Powder and Battery business units.
Andor Bariska is positive about taking over the management of key accounts and services in the new battery business and sees it as an opportunity for further growth and innovation. Prof. Dr. Nils Reinke emphasises that the company continues to invest in the field of powder coating while also opening up new business areas. Dr. Mennicke will play a central role in taking advantage of future opportunities and overcoming challenges.
