Heritage Color acquires Reitech
Effective February 8, 2023, Heritage Color, a subsidiary of Vivify Specialty Ingredients has acquired Reitech Corporation.
Reitech manufactures and supplies water-based pigment dispersions and preparations to the Coatings and Graphic Arts markets and is based in Reading, Pennsylvania.
