IM Group expands operations in UK

IM Group (formerly Inkmaker Group) has announced that it has moved its UK operations, from Kettering and Newmarket to more spacious premises in Cambridgeshire, England.

The expansion of IM Group’s UK foothold comes on the back of increased business in the area since the recognised British brands—Rexson and Vale-tech—became part of IM Group in 2019. The new 3,000 sq. ft (270 sq m) premises will serve as the central hub for the group’s sales, customer service, and maintenance operations in the United Kingdom.

The IM Group ist specialised in dispensing systems, filling lines, process-engineering equipment, and turn-key plant projects, IM Group caters to various industries such as paint, coatings, ink, chemicals, adhesives, packaging, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, textiles. The group works with companies including Boeing, Sherwin Williams, PPG, Akzo Nobel, Avery Denison, International Paper, and Tetra Pak amongst others.

“The growing client base in the UK has necessitated a restructuring of our brands to support expansion efforts,” remarked Christophe Rizzo, CEO of EMEA and Americas, IM Group, emphasising the strategic move.
