Innochem acquires the business of XS Chemicals
The company Innochem, which belongs to the Stockmeier Group and is based in Meerhout (Belgium), has taken over the business of the Dutch speciality trader XS Chemicals, based in Utrecht, with effect from 1 January 2022.

The merger with XS Chemicals gives the Stockmeier Group access to new global supplier partners. Thus, XS Chemicals is to be the next building block on the group’s way to becoming a speciality distributor.
