Kansai Helios completes acquisition of Beckers’ Railway Coatings business
Kansai Helios has completed its acquisition of the assets of the Railway Coatings business of Beckers Group ́s company Becker Industrie SAS, Montbrison (France).
The acquisition is intended to further strengthen Kansai Helios’ competitive position in the Railway Coatings sector in Europe and worldwide. At the same time, the company has opened its first subsidiary in France, Kansai Helios France SAS, in Savigneux, focusing to market industrial solutions.
Diversified customer portfolio
With the closing, both a wide range of innovative industrial coatings designed to protect railway vehicles and a diversified customer portfolio have been taken over. All acquired business assets will be integrated and extend the existing railway coatings portfolio. Together with the acquired technology and business, also the relevant employees of Becker Industrie SAS in the railway coating business already joined Kansai Helios France SAS and continue to serve customers on the market.
