Krahn Chemie expands cooperation with Lanxess
With new distribution rights, Krahn intends to strengthen the local presence of the Lanxess biocide portfolio in Germany, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Krahn Chemie has been working together with Lanxess’ biocide division since 2017. As part of Lanxess’ acquisition of the Microbial Control business of the U.S. group International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF), the biocides such as Rocima, Kathon and Bioban were recently added to the company’s product range.
Even broader biocide portfolio
After the acquisition, Lanxess now offers an even broader biocide portfolio for paints and coatings, construction materials, wood preservatives, leather, and plastics. With the transfer of the distribution rights in these markets, Krahn expands the sales network with immediate effect.
