Lankwitzer Lackfabrik takes over Teleplast
For more than 50 years, Teleplast has exclusively produced coatings for demanding industrial processors and, according to the company, “excellently complements the portfolio of the Lankwitzer Lackfabrik” with its products.
With effect from Jan. 1, 2022, Lankwitzer Lackfabrik GmbH will take over the business of Teleplast GmbH & Co. KG from Braunschweig, Germany. At the site of Lankwitzer Lackfabrik GmbH in Osterwieck/Harz, the employees of Teleplast, together with the Lankwitzer team, will produce the well-known products.

Lankwitzer Lackfabrik GmbH is a family-run company operating five production sites as well as 16 branch offices with currently more than 360 employees worldwide. As a globally operating company for coating systems in the UV, hydro and solvent sectors, Lankwitzer Lackfabrik says it is committed to developing innovative and sustainable coating concepts and implementing them together with its customer base.
An official statement from Lankwitzer Lackfabrik GmbH says: “By uniting the two companies, we complement our synergies, both in product development and manufacturing, and can thus make our product portfolio even more attractive to our customers.”
