Mipa takes over Haering’s industrial coatings division
Mipa has taken over the industrial coatings division of Haering from Unterheinriet (Germany) with retroactive effect from 1 January 2024.
Production of the acquired products will be relocated to Mipa Group sites during the first quarter and customer support will be gradually taken over by Mipa.
The Haering sites and the Haering brand or its product names are not part of the takeover. The product range taken over by Mipa will focus on general industrial coatings and niche products for special applications.
Two subsidiaries are also part of the takeover: Haering Polska near Bydgoszcz, Poland, and Haering in Brno, Czech Republic, primarily sell industrial coatings and are therefore part of the acquired sales package.
