Vertellus has acquired Centauri Technologies. In addition to the acquisition the Company announced that it has changed its official name from Vertellus to Aurorium.
Together with Circa Group, the University of York launches a new institute for the promotion of bio-based products, the Circa Renewable Chemistry Institute (CRCI).
