Sale of J.W. Ostendorf and Renaulac to Fidelium Partners
J.W. Ostendorf announces that the intention announced by Hempel A/S to sell the company and its subsidiaries FLT Handel und Service and Renaulac in France to Fidelium Partners will become legally effective on 1st August.
The transaction includes the production plant in Coesfeld, Westphalia, Germany, as well as the approximately 550 employees in Germany and abroad.
