Sto acquires remaining shares in Viacor Polymer
Sto SE & Co. KGaA has acquired the remaining 49.9 % of shares in Viacor Polymer GmbH, based in Rottenburg am Neckar, Germany, from the previous minority owner.
Viacor Polymer GmbH has belonged to the Sto Group with 50.1 % since 2019, is already fully consolidated, and employed 55 people at mid-year 2023. According to a press release, the company has a high level of development expertise as well as a diverse portfolio of interesting polyurethane-based products, in particular industrial flooring and car park coatings as well as sports floor coatings.
External wall insulation systems
Sto SE & Co. KGaA is, according to its own information, a leader in the business field of external wall insulation systems. The core range also includes high-quality facade elements as well as plasters and paints, which are offered for both the exterior and the interior of buildings. Further focal points are the areas of concrete repair / floor coatings, acoustic and curtain wall systems.
