Ardex Group expands market position in Australia
Wakol and Ardex Australia announce a majority stake in the Australian company Nexus Adhesives. The company will continue to operate independently in its home markets.
Wakol and Ardex Australia have announced the acquisition of a joint majority stake in the Australian company Nexus Adhesives, a manufacturer of high-quality flooring and industrial adhesives.
Nexus: Active in Australia and New Zealand
Founded in 2006, Nexus is now one of Australia’s market leaders in flooring adhesives and carpet backing. The company manufactures and sells its products in the Australian and New Zealand markets. With the aim of supplying innovative and reliable products, the focus is on the professional segment.
Nexus will continue to operate independently in its home markets of Australia and New Zealand. Jonathon Clewlow and Brett Nixon will continue to manage the business.
