Brenntag Specialties announces new distribution agreement with Yipin USA
Brenntag Specialties is now a distributor for Yipin USA’s coatings, cosmetic, and personal care lines of iron oxides in the United States.
Yipin USA’s iron oxides are synthetic, inorganic, and non-hazardous pigments which produce true and natural colours. The iron oxides are resistant to moisture and decrease the likelihood of bleeding or smearing.
“We are delighted to enter into this new affiliation,” commented Yipin USA’s President, Peggy Wang. “Through this collaboration, we will be able to utilise Brenntag Specialties’ logistics, industry knowledge, and infrastructure to provide our iron oxide pigments to a much larger audience.”
Expanding the iron oxide portfolio
Yipin is an 88-year-old company and a manufacturer of red, yellow, and black iron oxide pigments. Located in Rancho Cucamonga, California, Yipin provides tailor-made colour solutions to the global pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics industries.
“The Yipin line is a wonderful complement to our existing personal care portfolio,” stated Steven Terwindt, acting President, Brenntag Specialties. “We are constantly looking for opportunities to enhance our product offering, and with the success of these initial five pigments, we envision expanding the iron oxide portfolio even more.”
