Comvest Partners acquires VanDeMark Chemical
Comvest Partners has announced its investment in VanDeMark Chemical. VanDeMark products are primarily used in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, plastics/polymers, and CASE applications.
Headquartered in Lockport, New York and with a facility in Kazincbarcika, Hungary, VanDeMark is recognised as a worldwide leader in the production of specialty phosgene derivatives.
The Company provides expertise in the development of custom phosgene chemicals and offers a range of more than 30 chemical compounds primarily used in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, plastics and polymers, and CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers) applications.
Chief Executive Officer Mike Kucharski will continue
Under the terms of the agreement, VanDeMark’s Chief Executive Officer Mike Kucharski will continue as CEO, as will the rest of the management team.
