Epple Druckfarben AG, Neusäß, has acquired shares in the Dutch printing chemicals manufacturer PCO Europe., Etten-Leur.
The markets for printing and printing consumables are facing challenges such as price pressure on print products, shortage of raw materials and media change. At the same time, there are great opportunities for sustainable print production, especially in food packaging printing. Against this background, following the close cooperation between Epple Druckfarben AG and PCO Europe, the financial participation is a logical step to further strengthen and expand this.
Regional expansion of sales in Asia
This applies, for example, to the expansion of sales of printing inks in Asia. Epple intends to rely on the comprehensive dealer network of the PCO branch in Asia PCO EastGate with locations in Malaysia and Thailand as well as on its pronounced local market know-how.
