Hosokawa Alpine AG takes over Solids Solutions Group
Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft has taken over the internationally active Solids Solutions Group that specialises in the field of bulk materials handling with effect from January 2, 2020.
“With the acquisition of Solids Solutions Group, we are pleased to be able to supplement our core business in the field of mechanical process engineering with a broad portfolio and know-how in the field of bulk materials handling. As a result, customers of both companies will benefit in future from the joined strength of a broad-based system provider, ” says Dr. Antonio Fernández, CEO of Hosokawa Alpine AG.
Three locations in Spain and Germany
With currently three locations in Spain and Germany, Solids Solutions Group is today an internationally active group of companies with about 50 years of experience in the field of bulk materials handling. In the future, the company will become the new center of expertise in the field of bulk solids handling within Hosokawa Alpine AG under the name “Hosokawa Solids Solutions GmbH”.
