Neschen continues to grow with the acquisition of Netra AG

Neschen Coating GmbH, a manufacturer of printing materials, functional and repair films, laminators and industrial coating solutions, which belongs to the Blue Cap Group, is taking over the Swiss company Netra AG, thus expanding its European sales activities with a further European location. The Swiss company is integrated into the distribution network of the Filmolux subsidiaries of Neschen.

The Filmolux Group represents its own distribution channel for Neschen products and associated merchandise and is thus a unique selling point for Neschen in the European competition. In addition to the new location in Switzerland, Filmolux is already represented in Italy, France, Benelux, Austria and Germany.

Firmly established in the Swiss market

Netra AG is already firmly established in the Swiss market as a trading company for book protection and repair films as well as digitally printable media. The successful company was founded in 1989 in Emmen, Switzerland, and generated annual sales of around CHF 1.6 million with a positive operating result in the past financial year. In future, the acquired company will operate under the name Filmolux Switzerland.
