New structure: Dörken repositions itself
The restructuring of the German company under the "Dörken" umbrella brand and the merger of the paints, coatings and pastes business to form Dörken Coatings should create scope for synergy effects.

-Since August 2020, Dörken has had two large operating units. To this end, Dörken MKS-Systeme, CD-Color and Protec Systempasten have merged to form a single company under the name Dörken Coatings GmbH & Co. KG.
Product brands will be retained
The individual product brands from the paints, coatings and pastes sector will be retained. The Dörken GmbH & Co. KG will continue to operate under this name. However, its pitched roof and façade membranes, foundation wall protection and drainage systems will in future be marketed under “Dörken Membranes”. The new “Dörken” umbrella brand thus spans the entire group of companies.
“We are all Dörken. With the new brand architecture, the uniform design and the strong common claim ‘Discover Expertise’, we can now present this unity clearly and invitingly to the outside world,” says Dörken board member Thorsten Koch. “In this way, what belongs together grows together.
