Norbert Schröter elected European Concrete Platform President
At ECP, he represents the European Federation of Concrete admixtures Associations (EFCA), of which he has long been Vice-President.
At the ECP headquarters in Brussels, Schröter succeeded the Norwegian Stein Tosterud, who did not run again. The European Concrete Platform brings together numerous associations and organisations from the cement and concrete industry with the common goal of positioning concrete as an excellent building material for sustainable construction at European level. EFCA was one of the founding members of ECP, along with BIBM – Bureau International du Béton Manufacturé (European Association of the Precast Concrete Industry), CEMBUREAU (The European Cement Association) and ERMCO – European Ready Mixed Concrete Organisation.
