Spencer Coatings Limited, the East Midlands-based industrial coatings manufacturer, has announced the acquisition of West Bromwich-based Protega Paints in a multi-million pound deal.
BASF will expand its capacity for the production of "Paliocrom” effect pigments by more than 20 percent by 2017 in Ludwigshafen, Germany.
