Nguyen-Duhamel succeeds Bruno Lafabrègue, who will remain in charge of operations as Director until 31 December 2020. The Supervisory Board also appointed Eric Godinot as Deputy General Manager. Both appointments will come into effect on April 1, 2020.

Patrick Nguyen-Duhamel is 53 years old, a graduate of the HEC Paris Business School, and has more than 30 years of professional experience in corporate finance in various companies and sectors.

“It is a great honour for me”

Patrick Nguyen-Duhamel has been CFO of Quaron since December 2005. “It is a great honour for me to be appointed President of Quaron and to succeed Bruno Lafabrègue, who has done a brilliant job over the last 15 years and has enabled Quaron to grow remarkably. Together with Eric Godinot, I intend to continue the strategy initiated by Bruno Lafabrègue and to maintain the fundamental values that have made Quaron successful in recent years: a benevolent management, a decentralised organisation, perfect service for our customers based on proximity and high quality, a zero tolerance policy with regard to safety issues and working conditions, and the ability to seize growth and innovation opportunities,” explains Patrick Nguyen-Duhamel.

Eric Godinot is 53 years old, has an engineering degree from HEI Lille and remains Director of the Quaron Hygiene and Disinfection Department, a position he has held since June 2004.
