Wolftechnik completes new company building
After about one and a half years of construction, the new building in Malmsheimer Strasse in Weil der Stadt is finished. Both a new high-bay warehouse with space for 144 Euro pallets and a modern office tract have been built. Equipped with planning and training rooms, it provides an environment for training, further education and seminars for employees and European dealers. The medium-sized company has invested two million euros in the future viability of Weil der Stadt by expanding its headquarters.
Investment in the future
The design by architect Christoph Mischke has created an additional 600 square metres of space. Wolftechnik now has around 2,100 square metres of floor space available for its warehouses, pilot plant, quality control, office, planning and training facilities. “Innovation is one of our driving forces. We invest around 10 percent of our engineering capacity in research and development of new products such as filter elements, filter housings, quick couplings and fittings,” explains Wolftechnik Managing Director Peter Krause. The products are being devised and planned for series production at the Weil der Stadt site. The quality control of the individual components also takes place here.
