Worlée further expands distribution business in Italy
North German mid-sized company Worlée takes over the exclusive distribution of Axilat products on behalf of Synthomer.
After the takeover of Hexion Inc. by Synthomer, the chemical distribution of the former Hexion products was reorganized. With its know-how and expertise in the chemical trade and on the Italian raw material market, the family-owned company Worlée was able to convince and exclusively distributes the Axilat product range (RDPs and additives) in Italy. Worlée has been a business partner of Synthomer for many years and is active as a distribution partner in several countries.
Expansion of the product portfolio
The takeover of the distribution of Axilat is very important for the North German mid-sized company: “We are pleased to be able to supply the Italian market with further functional and high-quality synthomer products. Since last year we are active again on the building chemistry market and Axilat supplements our Produktportfolio therefore very well”, says Dr. Stefan Mansel, global Sales Director of the Worlée chemistry and managing director of Worlée Italia.
